Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage inpatient Care Management departments to ensure exceptional patient care and safety.
- Develop and implement effective processes to optimize performance and adoption of best practices.
- Collaborate with facilities to drive integration and seamless care models.
- Provide leadership and oversight to ensure quality patient care and financial components.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing, required.
- Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing, preferred.
- 2 years of clinical experience in case management or related field, required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent clinical competence, and proficiency in nursing improvement processes.
