Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage inpatient Care Management departments to ensure exceptional patient care and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to optimize performance and adoption of best practices.
  • Collaborate with facilities to drive integration and seamless care models.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure quality patient care and financial components.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing, required.
  • Bachelors Degree of Science in Nursing, preferred.
  • 2 years of clinical experience in case management or related field, required.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent clinical competence, and proficiency in nursing improvement processes.
