CULINARY TEST KITCHEN SPECIALIST - Morning Shift

We are seeking to enhance our esteemed team of Kitchen Testers. This role offers both Part-time and Full-time opportunities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in timely recipe evaluations and photography schedules, ensuring the Culinary team meets the demands of over 20 recipes weekly.
  • Keep a well-organized and efficient pantry and kitchen to facilitate rapid execution.
  • Engage with our chefs and Content team during photo and video sessions for weekly menus, blog entries, social media updates, and other shareable culinary content.
  • Oversee kitchen inventory, placing orders or making grocery runs to ensure our kitchen remains well-stocked and operates seamlessly.
  • Participate in weekly tastings to approve and refine new recipes.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a test kitchen environment
  • Familiarity with Egnyte, Google Drive, and CMS platforms
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
