Call Center Technician

We are looking for a skilled Call Center Technician to join our team at OneTouch Direct. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers over the phone or through chat/email.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries
- Assisting customers with product setup, configuration, and usage
- Resolving customer issues by identifying and explaining solutions
- Documenting customer interactions and solutions in the system
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 per year. We also offer a competitive hourly pay rate, health care plan, and opportunities for professional advancement.
