Your Responsibilities:
Act as the welcoming and supportive face of our hotel for guests arriving and departing.
Ensure outstanding, positive experiences for our diverse team members and visitors.
- Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
- Perform front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out, promoting company initiatives, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, and resolving issues.
- Support breakfast and evening Kickback service, which may involve food preparation, setup, guest service (hosting or bartending), and cleanup.
- Uphold a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to foster the Drury culture among customers and colleagues.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly service with a +1 Service attitude.
