As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing advice and support to our residents and their families, monitoring residents, administering medication and treatments, and documenting resident care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides advice and support to residents and their families
- Monitors residents and administers medication and treatments
- Documents resident care services
- Protects residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
- Resolves resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
- Assures quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care
- Maintains resident confidence by keeping information confidential
Requirements:
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Current New York State RN license
- Adult Day Care experience preferred
- Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
