Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for our Transportation Management services offering, defining opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
  • Identify areas of growth and champion our company values, ensuring an engaged workforce, loyal customers, efficient operations, and a bright future for yourself and RXO.
  • Define requirements for operations and implement new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed company requirements and customer expectations.
  • Deploy a broad range of customer initiatives through established processes, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Design and deliver standard reporting and analytical tools to support Operations Management and Executive Management using a variety of software, including Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial planning software.
  • Interpret large volumes of operational data, report on accuracy and trends, and create templates and deliverables for Operational.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of transportation and logistics experience, with a strong background in operations management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and influence employees.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience, with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power BI and TMS systems, with a proven track record of statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques.
