As an Inventory Specialist at Krispy Kreme, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of store inventory, creating reports for the General Manager, and ensuring that sales records and actual store inventory match.

What You'll Do:

  • Keep track of merchandise and other store products and supplies to ensure we are always ready to sell our sweet treats and accessories.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and neat stockroom, and place orders for supplies and merchandise as needed.
  • Report on inventory levels and sales performance to the General Manager, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Unload deliveries and assist customers on the sales floor as needed.
  • Learn to operate our Point of Sale system and other sales equipment.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have experience working with people and be dependable.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with fellow team members and guests.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.

Working Conditions:

This is a fast-paced role that requires frequent movement, lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently. You may be required to clean or assist with all aspects of our store operation.

Compensation:

The Inventory Specialist wage is $17.00 per hour.
