Job Overview

At SMCP North America, we are seeking a highly skilled Allocator to join our team. As an Allocator, you will be responsible for developing and executing allocation strategies to optimize stock distribution and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute allocation strategies to optimize stock distribution and meet sales targets.
  • Analyze sales trends to understand demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
  • Monitor and assess stock levels to ensure optimal inventory availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Track and report on performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of allocation strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in allocation/inventory management, sales/data analysis, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and create informed solutions.
  • High accuracy and thoroughness in managing data and reporting.
  • Proficient in Excel for analysis, reporting, and generating actionable insights.
