  • Promote and sell memberships, retail products, and personal training services.
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and follow up on voicemails.
  • Conduct outbound communications to schedule prospective members for introductory classes.
  • Maintain contact with existing members to ensure satisfaction through various communication methods.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure the club is well-stocked.
  • Organize and maintain merchandise displays for optimal presentation.
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards within the club.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required.
  • Adhere to the dress code established by TITLE Boxing Club during shifts.
  • Participate in fitness classes at least once a month.

Qualifications:
  • Outgoing and positive demeanor.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Genuine passion for group fitness.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Experience:
  • 1 year in Direct Sales.
  • 1 year in Fitness Sales.
  • 2 years in Customer Service.

Education:
  • Associate degree or some college experience is preferred.
