We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our brand, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

• Greet and Engage with Members: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their fitness journey.
• Present the Orangetheory Concept: Confidently and effectively communicate the benefits and unique features of our science-based, full-body workout to prospective members.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, responding to member inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Studio Tours and Introductions: Offer guided tours of our studio, introducing members to our facilities and services, and ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their decision to join.
• Membership Sales and Retention: Work closely with members to understand their needs and preferences, promoting our services and products, and ensuring a high level of member satisfaction and retention.
• Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events, promotions, and outreach activities to help drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
• Studio Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for members to exercise and socialize.
