We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our direct care team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and respond to facility requests for coverage
Requirements
  • Personal Care Associate: Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred
  • Residential Associate: Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration required

  • A competitive hourly rate of $22.00, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
