About the Job

We are seeking a Full Time On Call Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services in the Portland Area. As a member of our direct care team, you will work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness, supporting their development of life skills and therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and keep accurate clinical documentation
  • Receive crisis de-escalation training and perform physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques
Requirements
  • Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Must have a valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Must be able to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
