About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our direct care team, you will work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and respond to crisis situations
Requirements
  • Personal Care Associate or Residential Associate experience preferred
  • Dedication to the well-being of each client and ability to help them meet their Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $22.00, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
  • A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
