Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Handling: Safely drive and park vehicles at various sites and locations, ensuring the vehicle is clean and in good condition prior to delivery to the customer.
  • Customer Service: Provide a positive and professional customer experience, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Service Area Maintenance: Ensure the service area is clean and well-maintained, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of waste oil and parts, adhering to environmental and safety regulations.
  • Shuttle Service: Provide shuttle service to customers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Team Support: Assist auto technicians and perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous auto work experience preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Skills: Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizes, strong communication skills, and a team player with a dedication to customer service excellence.
  • Schedule: Must be able to work a 4/10 (4 days per week, 10 hours per day) work schedule, Wednesday - Saturday from 7:00am - 6:00pm.
Advancement Opportunities

An entry-level Automotive Service Associate has opportunities to advance into positions such as Detail Helper, Parts Delivery Driver, Parts Warehouse Person, Lube Tire Helper, or Auto Technician roles. Note: In order to qualify for an Auto Technician position, an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology is required, so we recommend looking into this degree early on if this is the career path that you are interested in pursuing.
