NatureWorks is a forward-thinking landscaping firm dedicated to maintaining and improving residential properties in the Metro-West Boston area. We are on the lookout for a Landscape Construction Team Supervisor to become a vital member of our crew.

As a Crew Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our construction teams, responsible for creating and installing stunning outdoor environments, ranging from small pathways to expansive pool decks. Your projects will encompass both dry and wet setting, drainage solutions, and hardscape preparation. You will oversee all aspects of landscape masonry construction from preparation to completion. Working under the guidance of the Construction Field Operations Manager, you will lead your team to execute tasks and projects efficiently and safely.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in grading and masonry techniques.
  • A commitment to safety, a desire for continuous learning, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Capability to perform essential physical tasks, including:
    • Standing and walking for a minimum of 8 hours.
    • Lifting and transporting heavy materials, up to 50 pounds.
    • Regularly bending, lifting, stretching, twisting, and reaching both below and above the waist.
    • Climbing in and out of vehicles and equipment multiple times throughout the day.
    • Working in various weather conditions and seasons.
  • Preferred qualifications include a valid driver's license, DOT card, hoisting license, or ICPI certification, though these are not mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
