**Enhancement Crew Leader Opportunity**

We're seeking a skilled Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team at BrightView Landscapes, LLC. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional landscape installation services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead a team of crew members in planting, gardening, and hardscaping operations
• Ensure efficiency and client satisfaction through effective site inspections and hands-on leadership
• Conduct site inspections, provide guidance on soil, planting, watering, and insect control
• Drive and maintain company vehicles, train personnel on safety protocols, and manage schedules and reports

**Requirements:**

• 2-3+ years of landscape installation experience required
• Mixture of hardscape, detail, gardening, and horticulture experience
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• 1 year (minimum) experience managing a 2+ person crew highly preferred

**Nice to Have:**

• CDL
• Reliable transportation
• Experience running equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc)
• Able to read architectural drawings
• Strong leadership skills
• Able to work well with others
