Job Summary

At BrightView Landscapes, LLC- DE, we're seeking a skilled Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for overseeing the installation of hardscapes, details, and gardening operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership to ensure high-quality work.
  • Train personnel on safety protocols and equipment operation.
  • Manage schedules, review charts and reports, and maintain vehicle safety.

Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of landscape installation experience, with a mix of hardscape, detail, gardening, and horticulture.
  • Valid driver's license and a strong driving record.
  • 1 year of experience managing a 2+ person crew, with a focus on leadership and safety.

Preferred Qualifications
  • CDL and experience running equipment like skid steers, excavators, and backhoes.
  • Able to read architectural drawings and possess strong leadership skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
