About the Role

At BrightView Landscapes, we're seeking a skilled Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for overseeing the installation of hardscapes, details, and gardening operations. Your focus will be on ensuring efficiency and meeting client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership to ensure high-quality work.
• Drive and maintain our vehicles, train personnel on safety protocols, and handle schedules and reports.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of landscape install experience, with a mix of hardscape, detail, gardening, and horticulture.
• Valid Driver's License and a strong emphasis on safety.
• 1 year (minimum) experience managing a 2+ person crew, highly preferred.
