Job Title: Senior Director Customer Operations and Business Strategy for HDD BusinessJob Summary

Western Digital is seeking a Senior Director to lead customer operations and business strategy for our HDD business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to improve customer experiences and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize customer operations to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to align business strategy with customer needs.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey across all segments.
  • Manage global large-scale customer operations and account management teams.
  • Analyze market conditions and customer needs to forecast and plan for future growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage account performance to drive revenue growth through customer partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Finance.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in customer operations, business strategy, or operational leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast, plan, and adapt to changes in market conditions and customer needs.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, manage account performance, and drive revenue growth through customer partnerships.
