Job Title: Associate Director, Scientific Communications

At BioSpace, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Scientific Communications to join our team. This role will play a critical part in developing and implementing industry-leading scientific communications and education for our Skincare R&D and Medical Affairs organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Global Scientific Communications Strategy for Skincare, aligning with Asset Strategy and corporate goals.
  • Plan and develop key scientific resources and tools related to the skincare portfolio, including differentiation strategies and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Provide advanced-level scientific and medical resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams on implementation and deployment.
  • Maintain expert knowledge in skincare and aesthetics areas, serving as a scientific, medical, and clinical expert to Medical Affairs, R&D, and commercial teams.
  • Provide medical scientific education to internal stakeholders and external customers in support of the Skincare portfolio.
Requirements:
  • PhD or MD degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Scientific/Medical Communications or MSL role.
  • Strong scientific research background and ability to critically review and analyze scientific literature and clinical data.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with creative and strategic thinking.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects while meeting timelines.
