Health and Wellness Director (DON) Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Leader to join our team at Brookdale Falling Creek.

About the Role:

The qualified candidate will utilize leadership qualities to inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team. This includes ensuring residents' healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity, and providing quality care as their needs change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day clinical services to meet residents' healthcare needs.
  • Supervise and provide leadership to licensed nurses and direct care staff.
  • Built relationships with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers for coordinated care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, and clinical leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft office suite and electronic documentation.
