What You'll Do
You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day by leveraging your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives
• Assessing the quality of patient care delivered and coordinating patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments
• Creating and fostering an environment that encourages professional growth and integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols
• Working with physicians, nurses, ancillary staff, and social services to facilitate multidisciplinary decision-making
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current state RN license
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
