We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Aspire Mental Wellness Pllc. This is an exciting opportunity for a PMHNP who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
About the Opportunity:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will have the chance to work with a diverse client population, including those with complex mental health conditions, and contribute to their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team.
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed, working closely with our prescribers and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide counseling sessions, education, and support to clients and their families.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- At least 3 years of experience working in a psychiatric setting or related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
