Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Stepdown Nights team. As a member of our team, you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform clinical treatments as needed
- Collect and document patient information, including vital signs and medical history
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans of care
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current state RN license
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
- One year of experience preferred
