Office Administration and Billing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and needs with a positive attitude.
- Manage incoming calls and provide customer support.
- Utilize our ERP accounting software (Infor Cloud Suite) for various tasks.
- Conduct accounts payable and receivable reconciliations, ensuring accurate documentation in our workflow system.
- Prepare invoices for our Sales and Service divisions.
- Facilitate coordination of sales orders with the Service team.
- Oversee the collection of overdue accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales department to process sales orders efficiently.
- Administer sales commission calculations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in invoicing and accounts payable/receivable reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and recordkeeping abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-driven and motivated.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer and software skills are essential.
- Demonstrated initiative and a positive outlook.
- Reliability and dependability are crucial.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Background check is required.
