Job Summary

The LVN Office Manager plays a vital role in our collaborative patient care team, supporting an exceptional patient experience. This dynamic leader is empowered to practice and contribute throughout the care experience, guiding the clinical and administrative operations of our integrated primary care service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries related to clinic services and hours.
  • Manage inventory, orders, and replenish medical supplies.
  • Coordinate clinic-wide huddles, team meetings, and ensure the clinic team is informed of corporate and client communications.
  • Support staff scheduling and appointment appropriateness.
  • Take initiative to contact patients when needed and demonstrate knowledge of when to consult with a provider.
  • Hire, coach, and develop staff.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Provide guidance and direction to care team members.
  • Manage population health programs and clinic outreach initiatives.
  • Lead and facilitate events that support client goals and member health.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure clinic compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in performing Quality and Compliance checks.
  • Contribute to reporting requirements related to incident reporting and compliance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT questions and issues.
Requirements
  • Current LVN license.
  • Graduate of any undergraduate degree or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years comparable clinical back office leadership experience.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Reading, writing, and excellent oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and organizational skills.
Physical Job Requirements

May require standing, walking, and sitting for extended amounts of time. Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Includes full range of body motion, including potential handling and lifting.
