Job Overview

Enerbase Cooperative Resources is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle multiple phone lines and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including managing office supplies, handling cash and credit transactions, and performing accounts receivable duties.
  • Sort and distribute mail daily, and manage patron address changes as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and the ability to learn new software applications.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in an office setting, managing phone and customer traffic, and knowledge of Cooperative business would be an asset.
