- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical field, preferably in quality assurance or a related field.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of quality standards set by International Organization of Standardization (ISO).
- Competitive salary range: $73,050 - $91,312.
