Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at The Walsh Group. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and improving our quality management systems, ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that quality management principles are integrated into all aspects of project delivery.
- Develop and maintain quality control plans, inspection and test plans, and other quality-related documents.
- Provide training and coaching to project staff on quality management principles and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality incident reports (QIRs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, construction management, or quality assurance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a quality management role, with a strong background in construction quality management.
- Industry certifications, such as USACE/NAVFAC/NRC Construction Quality Management certification, preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
