Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HOA Office Manager to join our team at The Highlands Inc. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing finances, bookkeeping, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage community finances, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and board members
  • Assist with the administration of club house rentals and RV lot
  • Stay up-to-date on all THI governing documents, AZ, Pima Co., and city of Oro Valley laws

Requirements:

  • Experience in office management and bookkeeping
  • Adaptable and pleasant when dealing with people
  • Working knowledge of PC computer, desktop publishing, and use of copiers/printers
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks online is a plus
  • Strong oral and communication skills
  • Be well organized with the ability to multitask

This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week - 5 eight hour days. Paid holidays include New Year's, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 3 paid sick days will also be offered each year.
