This leader will build dynamic store teams to create personalized shopping experiences for customers, driving sales and maintaining the store's reputation as a destination for luxury jewelry.

Client relationship management:
develop and maintain long term relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Possess performance management capabilities to hold team members accountable to store and individual performance goals
Ensure store standards are maintained by delegating tasks amongst cleanliness, visual merchandising and operational tasks (inventory management, tagging, receiving + processing shipment)
Execute fruitful in store activations in partnership with the brand
Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.; experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Office is a plus
Strategically build out team schedule while managing payroll effectively
Client Outreach, Networking NPS (net promoter score)
Drive sales goals through

Key Performance Indicators:
Conversion, Average Order Value (AOV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT)
3+ years of direct management experience
~4+ years in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., Keep an agile work schedule; including days, nights, weekends, holidays
~ Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time and comfortability using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
