Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Manager is a key role that combines business acumen, operational expertise, and leadership skills to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance. As a strategic partner, the Assistant Manager will analyze business trends, develop effective strategies, and implement processes to optimize store operations, sales, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive store environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Drive Sales: Analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales, drive revenue growth, and meet sales targets.
- OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Ensure seamless integration of online and offline channels, providing customers with a consistent and satisfying shopping experience.
- Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Oversee store visual merchandising, maintain a well-organized sales floor, and ensure a high level of product knowledge among sales associates.
- Store & Stockroom Operations: Manage store operations, including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and stockroom organization.
- Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, manage staffing levels, and oversee payroll processes.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with store teams, management, and corporate partners to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and initiatives.
- Asset Protection: Implement and maintain asset protection strategies to prevent loss and protect company assets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience: A degree in business, retail, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies.
