Account Sales Manager

Mills James is a premier provider of AV services, trusted by top-tier clients in the hospitality and corporate worlds. We are seeking a high-energy and experienced Account Sales Manager to drive business development at a busy property.
This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional sales expertise, who can communicate confidently and manage multiple projects while maintaining a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and manage new business opportunities within the hospitality events industry.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event hospitality sales and account management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
