About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Ramen Tatsu-Ya Payroll LLC. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth service operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage service stations, ensuring they are clean, organized, and fully stocked for efficient service.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings to stay informed about menu changes, specials, and large parties.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting tables in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring guests understand the concept and dining style.
  • Ensure safe and accurate meal preparation by double-checking with each table about any allergies and dietary restrictions.
  • Comply with alcohol control policies to ensure the responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling customer complaints or issues professionally.
