Teller and Customer Experience Specialist

Job Overview:
FIsTaFf, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Teller and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card cash advances, and account transfers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building positive relationships with customers and promoting the bank's products and services.
- Balance and verify cash drawers daily to maintain integrity and compliance.
- Cash checks, process negotiable instruments, and sell cashier's checks, money orders, and traveler's checks.
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent the bank with courtesy and respect.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for growth and development, a collaborative work environment, and competitive pay.
