Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. In this role, you will be responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair needs for customers, as well as scheduling appointments and maintaining dealership standards for repair and order production.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote services and products to customers, identifying and communicating relevant offers and discounts.
  • Identify and document service, maintenance, and repair needs for customers, using technical knowledge and diagnostic skills to ensure accuracy.
  • Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding service completion and status updates.
  • Meet CSI at or above Company standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of automotive mechanics and repair procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry preferred.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
