We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our team at CAMO NOLA in New Orleans. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food to specifications. You will need to have basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures and take directions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food to specifications before and during unit operations.
  • Properly measure and portion all food items.
  • Cook all food to proper specifications in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper food temperatures and store food correctly.
  • Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items.
Requirements
  • At least one year's experience as a Prep Cook or Line Cook.
  • Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
  • Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders.
  • Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
