Position Overview:
As a key member of the leadership team, the Sales Regional Manager will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales. This role is pivotal in steering, mentoring, and overseeing a team of account executives to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales objectives. The Sales Regional Manager will champion critical initiatives and spearhead their implementation across the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business outcomes through strategic cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external partners.
- Provide daily leadership and management that aligns with the core values and mission of Traditions Health.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding organizational targets.
- Supervise and guide sales personnel, ensuring effective day-to-day operations within the sales department.
- Prepare and present sales activity reports to upper management.
- Engage with major clients, supporting account executives in nurturing client relationships.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of the sales team, facilitating onboarding and continuous development.
- Collaborate to define sales territories and set achievable goals for the team.
- Monitor sales performance, implementing corrective measures as necessary to ensure objectives are met within budgetary constraints.
- Address and resolve any concerns from referral sources appropriately.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of, and ensure adherence to, all relevant local, state, and federal regulations governing agency operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with at least 3 years in a Sales Management role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Travel Requirements:
Frequent overnight travel is expected, ranging from 25-40% of the time.

Physical and Mental Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and occasional standing are required.
- Must be able to lift, pull, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching to access files is necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
