About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Business Development and Marketing to join our team at Humanity Hospice, LLC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving marketing goals in the OKC Metroplex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with hospice referral resources, including hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare organizations.

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve sales targets and marketing goals.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement community outreach programs to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to leadership on marketing performance and business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a hospice marketer with a current and substantial book of business.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as a Certified Hospice Professional (CHP) or a Certified Marketing Professional (CMP), are a plus.
