Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize transportation costs and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
  • Manage and analyze data to inform procurement decisions and drive business results

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in road, ground, and rail transportation procurement within the US
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating and managing procurement contracts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and drive business insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary up to $170,000 base + 17.5% bonus DOE
  • Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days required on-site per week
