Job Opportunity: Pediatric Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Psychologist to join our team at Children's Mercy Kansas City. As a key member of our Division of Developmental and Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to infants and their families in our 84-bed Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation, assessment, and intervention to infants and their families in the NICU
  • Conduct developmental assessments in the Neonatology follow-up clinic
  • Collaborate with physician colleagues and Neonatology providers on programmatic efforts to provide developmental support, screening, and behavioral health resources
Requirements:
  • PhD in Clinical Psychology, Pediatric Psychology, or Clinical Child Psychology
  • Completion of an internship at an APA-accredited program with a focus on child psychology
  • Relevant experience and eligibility for licensure in Missouri and Kansas
