Join Our Team as a Clinical Child Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Child Psychologist to join our team at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. As a member of our Division of Developmental and Behavioral Health, you will play a critical role in providing psychological assessment and evidence-based intervention for children with a range of presenting concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify children's strengths and challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address children's mental health needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, pediatricians, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
  • Teach and supervise students and trainees in our pediatric medical and psychology training programs
  • Contribute to research and scholarly activities in the field of child development and mental health

Requirements:

  • PhD in Clinical Psychology, Pediatric Psychology, or Clinical Child Psychology
  • Completed internship at an APA-accredited program with a focus on child psychology
  • Relevant experience working with children and families
  • Eligibility for licensure in Missouri and Kansas
