Clinical Child Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Child Psychologist to join our team at Children's Mercy Kansas City. As a key member of our Division of Developmental and Behavioral Health, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional mental health care to children and adolescents.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality care to our patients. As a Clinical Child Psychologist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans for children and adolescents with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns
- Providing evidence-based interventions, including individual and group therapy, to promote positive outcomes and improve quality of life
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatry, advanced practice nursing professionals, and clinical social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
- Participating in program development and leadership, including teaching and mentoring opportunities
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, pediatric psychology, or clinical child psychology
- Completion of an APA-accredited internship with clinical child and adolescent psychology as a major area of study
- Relevant experience working with children and adolescents
- Eligibility for licensure in Missouri and Kansas
