We are seeking a skilled pediatric psychologist to join our team in the integrated primary care setting. This position involves delivering behavioral health services, including screening, assessment, and evidence-based intervention. The successful candidate will collaborate with pediatricians, advanced practice nursing professionals, and other behavioral health clinicians to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents.

This role includes protected time for academic pursuits, research, and other scholarly activities. Faculty mentoring and educational programs are available for those interested in clinical scholarship. The position carries an academic appointment at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine, with rank commensurate to qualifications and experience.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, pediatric psychology, or clinical child psychology
  • Completion of an APA-accredited internship with clinical child and adolescent psychology as a major area of study
  • Relevant experience
  • Eligibility for licensure in Missouri and Kansas, including appropriate postdoctoral experience

The Division of Developmental and Behavioral Health at Children's Mercy is expanding its programs as part of the institution's Mental and Behavioral Health Strategic Plan.
