Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Re-Enrollment Advocate to join our team at RemX. As a Re-Enrollment Advocate, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless patient care and enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving patient care-related issues.
  • Place outbound calls to validate patient information and ensure accurate enrollment.
  • Utilize technical skills to navigate multiple screens, update systems, and add notes while on calls.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment, handling 70-90+ calls daily.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using multiple screens and software systems.
  • Excellent communication and de-escalation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite reliably daily.
