About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social media customer support specialist to join our team. As a remote support agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the users of our social media platform have an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in social media customer support and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for engaging with users on our social media platform, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing timely and effective resolutions.
