About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Michigan First Credit Union. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and potential new members, providing personalized financial solutions, and building strong relationships with our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to members and potential new members
  • Provide personalized financial solutions, including loan decisions, savings strategies, and account recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with members and the community through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to members
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in financial sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
