Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lead Advisor in handling administrative functions, including client interaction, appointment scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Assist in client meeting preparation and follow-up, including assembling paperwork, report generation, and post-meeting documentation.
  • Process and submit account paperwork and requests, utilizing paperless procedures and eSignature where available.
  • Maintain client information in our CRM database and research and resolve client service problems as needed.
  • Record all transactions on appropriate logs and perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, are essential.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills, with superior attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • CRM knowledge is a plus, and Series 7 and 65/66 certifications are preferred (or ability to obtain).
  • Associates degree in a business-related field is preferred, and 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry is required.
