Job Overview

Tillster, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join its team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex technical projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, engineering, and technical support, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical project lead role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of JSON, HTML, and other relevant technologies.
